Terms & Conditions
By engaging with Gold Theory Design, you agree to our standard terms of service, which outline project expectations, payment policies, timelines, and usage rights for delivered work. All designs, concepts, and creative assets remain the property of Gold Theory Design until full payment is received. Revisions are included as described in the selected service package, with additional changes billed separately. Project timelines may vary based on client responsiveness, the scope of work, and unforeseen circumstances. By using our services, you acknowledge that final deliverables are to be used for their intended purpose and may not be altered, resold, or redistributed without permission.
Terms & Conditions for websites
By commissioning a website through Gold Theory Design, you agree to our terms covering project scope, timelines, and responsibilities. All design files, layouts, and custom elements remain the property of Gold Theory Design until the project is paid in full. Website content—including text, images, and brand assets—must be provided by the client unless otherwise arranged. Development timelines depend on the scope of work and timely client feedback, with additional revisions or feature requests billed separately if they fall outside the original agreement. We ensure your website is delivered responsive and functional, but hosting, domain management, third-party integrations, and platform fees (such as Framer, Shopify, or Wix) are the responsibility of the client unless previously agreed upon. Ongoing maintenance, updates, or support beyond launch are available as an optional add-on service.
Payments
All projects with Gold Theory Design require an initial deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion and prior to the release of final deliverables. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, as time and resources are allocated immediately to your project. Additional services, revisions beyond the agreed scope, or new requests will be billed separately at our standard rates. Late payments may result in delayed timelines or paused work until the outstanding balance is resolved. By proceeding with any service, you agree to provide timely payments and understand that all design rights and files remain the property of Gold Theory Design until invoices are paid in full.
